DESCRIPTION

wire diameter:0.6-0.75mm, the machine is designed to do 18 to 36 times of spot welding. Operator only needs to put the work piece into the mould, then the machine will conduct automatic rotating, cycle working, and continuous welding.

Option 1: AC pulse power source: Adopt one set of 35KVA special resistance welding transformer as the welding power source. Adopt one set of 35KVA special resistance welding transformer as the welding power source. Single-spot welding. Continuous duty cycle rate is 50%; the output current is larger than 18000A. The executive standard is GB/15578-2008; the magnetic permeability of forced temperature control cooling water silicon steel sheet is larger than 12000GS; special cooling water subloop; It can ensure the output welding current of the whole machine is constant and powerful in order to obtain high quality, high efficiency, stable welding spots.

Option 2: Medium Frequency Inverter Power Source: Be able to adopt MF inverter power source. Duty cycle rate is 50%. The three-phase power supply, through rectified by a special inverter, is converted into 1000Hz AC voltage and then is transmitted to a medium frequency transformer. The current is rectified in order to supply DC welding current. This power source is different from the general type ac pulse power source because it can adjust rapidly and precisely. To some extend, it can replace the capacitor discharge welding machine to weld the work piece (e.g. the work piece with coated) with short welding time. It can be used to weld the zinc coating steel plate, nonferrous metal, coating and other metals. Small impact to the power grid and the requirement to the power grid capacity is much lower than the single-phase welder with the capacity. The executive standard is GB/15578-2008; the magnetic permeability of forced temperature control cooling water silicon steel sheet is larger than 16000GS; special cooling water subloop; It can ensure the output welding current of the whole machine is constant and powerful.

• Advantage: three-phase input; small impact to the power grid; medium frequency DC output; no impedance loss to the circuit; high thermal utilization factor; the precision setting of welding time is high which can reach 1/1000sec; large instantaneous current; prevent deformation and color change on the product.
