DESCRIPTION

1. Adopt resistance seam welding of sink bowl to steel sheet
2. Adopt Japan Mitsubishi Servo Motor and PLC . CNC system.
3. Adopt medium frequency inverter power source of welding and large flat platform of locating pattern.
4. Use the servo motor to drive axle X (locating mould) and axle Y (welding electrode) to operate under the preset procedure of PLC data
5. The welding electrode moves from top to bottom along the axle Z direction and be able to conduct 360° of rotation under the control of servo motor so it is suitable for welding different angles of products.

• Flat platform type lower welding electrode make sure the welding track on the surface much smaller, greatly saving the follow-up grinding and polishing processing time and cost, the more important point,it can avoid the conductive uneven phenomenon caused by rotating bearing bush rotation
